Jason King is responsible for the financial reporting of the venture capital funds including quarterly and annual reporting. Mr. King also manages the firm's day-to-day operations as well as participates in the financial analysis of portfolio investments.
Mr. King has a background in accounting and has significant experience in the private equity industry. Prior to Castile, Mr. King was manager of financial reporting at Summit Partners where he prepared and oversaw the quarterly and annual financial statements for equity and mezzanine debt investment partnerships of over sixty active investments as part of their $6 billion private equity and venture fund.
Before joining Summit, he was a senior associate in the financial services industry practice of Deloitte and Touche where he supervised all aspects of audit engagements. Mr. King has also served as a senior accountant for Kevin P. Martin & Associates where he supervised audits, produced financial reports, and prepared individual, partnership, and corporate tax returns. Mr. King began his career as a division staff accountant at Merkert Enterprises.
Mr. King received a BS in Accounting from Bryant College. He is a Certified Public Accountant and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants.
