Office Manager

Carolyn Wells ensures the smooth daily operation of all aspects of the firm's office and provides administrative support of the partnership.

Ms. Wells has a background in similar roles in a variety of technology and financial service businesses in both start-up and corporate environments. Prior to joining Castile, Ms. Wells worked with current Castile partners Nina Saberi and Roger Walton at Netlink. She has also occupied positions at Thermo Electron, Watermill Financial Group, Avid Technology and Spectrum Technology.

Ms. Wells attended Northeastern University in the college of Business Administration, majoring in Accounting.
